Private Henna/Jagua Appointment

When you just feel to treat yourself to some henna / Jagua to celebrate a day and get pampered, or to add some jazz to your look when attending a music festival or any event, or even just for fun!

​

In such cases, you can easily book an individual or small group (up to 6 people) appointment at the artist’s home studio in downtown Chicago.

If you are getting henna done for a special event, then it is highly recommended to get it done 2-3 days prior to that date, so that your henna stain is at its peak on the event day.

Steps on How to book your Henna/Jagua Appointment:

​

  •  Fill out the form when you click Book Now button on this page.

  •  Enter your details and select services as " Private appointment".

  •  Mention desired start time for your appointment in description box along with Service hours you need ( you can also mention the time window frame which is convenient for you).  

  • For multiple guests mention same in description. If you are opting for freestyle above are prices based on hour. If you are looking for something customized, mention in description box about your requirement , if possible attach reference picture to your imagination, based on your requirement artist will give you pricing.

  • Once you submit the form you will receive availability of artist confirmation in email and available timings if that time is not suitable along with receipt and online deposit details.

  • $20 deposit is required to be transferred online for confirmation of your appointment.

  • All appointments are booked based on artist's availability. 

  • Once the deposit is made you are all set for your appointment and you will receive confirmation.The balance for your henna appointment is due when the henna is done.

How to be prepared for your Henna/Jagua Appointment

​

  • Make sure there are NO oils, lotions, moisturizers or body butters on the skin where you will be getting a henna design.

  • Clean, dry skin stains best. Hair-free skin is best for henna application. Remember to perform any hair removal about a day or two in advance for a neat and precise henna design.

  • Come in comfortable clothes you can sleep in, if your appointment is in the evening and you need to keep your henna on overnight.

  • Be prepared to keep the henna paste on for at least 6 to 8 hours for best stain.

  • In case you are getting jagua for yourself, you just have to keep the jagua paste for 2 hours.

Deposit Information/Cancellation/Rescheduling:

​

The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of a no-show or cancellation.

In case of a cancellation, the deposit can be re-applied to re-schedule the appointment for a later date within the next 30 days, based on artist availability. In case of a second cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited and a separate deposit will have to be made for a 2nd reschedule.

To reschedule your appointment, kindly let us know 24 hours before the appointment so that artist would plan the other clients accordingly.
