• The henna paste will be completely dry in less than one hour.

• Spray the design with a lemon-sugar sealant.

• Keep the henna on as long as possible. The time recommended is from 10h-15h. The longer, the darker.

• HEAT is a friend of henna. Warming your henna design with the henna paste still on your skin will help in achieving a dark stain. You can warm your hand/ foot over the stove, or in front of the fireplace or a space heater, or even use a heating pad.

• When is time to take the paste off, scrape it off with the help of Coconut Oil or Olive Oil.

• You will see a bright orange stain.

• During the first day, avoid any contact with water or soap.

• Make sure to put on plastic or cover on your hands before shower.

• You will see how the design darkens up in the next 48h, reaching a dark brown stain.

• Apply Coconut Oil or Olive Oil or any oil available before coming in contact with water.
